Version Information:
Scalefusion Dashboard: v62.2.0
Scalefusion ADFS Configuration Manager: v1.0.2.0
Scalefusion On-Prem Connector: v2.7.0
Release Notes:
Return to Service simplifies the device reset process and gets iOS and iPadOS devices ready for their next user with minimal IT effort. Instead of sending devices through a fully manual setup, IT teams can now automate and streamline the post-erase experience. With Return to Service, organizations can:
Automatically reset and re-enroll iOS and iPadOS devices in Scalefusion, including non-ADE devices—no manual setup required
Skip language and region selection during device setup
Bypass Wi-Fi selection by pre-configuring a Wi-Fi profile
Preserve apps for faster device readiness on supported devices (available for ADE devices running OS 26 and later)
To extend OneIdP support for ADFS, we have introduced the ADFS Configuration Manager, a utility that simplifies and accelerates OneIdP setup on the ADFS server. This tool eliminates many manual configuration steps and helps administrators configure OneIdP with ease. With the ADFS Configuration Manager, administrators can:
Configure OneIdP as the Identity Provider for ADFS using the metadata file downloaded from the dashboard, simplifying the setup of trust providers, claims providers, and related rules
Define platform-specific rules to enforce OneIdP on selected platforms while continuing to use the default ADFS authentication for others
Customize the login and theme pages to match organizational requirements
Note: Enforcing platform-specific rules requires replacing the default ADFS theme. Doing so will overwrite the existing theme.
On-Prem Connector Enhancements
The latest version of the On-Prem Connector now detects disabled users in Microsoft Active Directory and automatically removes those users, along with their associated devices, from the dashboard.
Additionally, we have fixed an issue that prevented searching for group names that used mixed or camel case.
Email Alerts for Device Inactivity
The Inactivity Compliance workflow has been enhanced to send email notifications to end users when their devices become inactive, for user-assigned and BYO devices, helping prompt users to bring their devices back online.
One-Year Retention for Policy & Actions Report
The Policy & Actions report now supports a one-year retention period, allowing IT administrators to review and track device changes and actions performed over the past 365 days.
