Advanced Inventory & Change Alerts for Windows
Scalefusion now uses OSQuery on Windows devices to collect 19 additional hardware and software inventory properties, giving admins deeper visibility into device configurations. These insights are available through the Extended Hardware Insights report, and can also be monitored using hardware compliance workflows with email alerts for any hardware additions or changes.
Custom Properties Support in SCIM Inbound
Scalefusion’s SCIM integration now supports importing custom user properties in addition to standard attributes such as username, first name, last name, and email. This allows administrators to bring in richer user profile data from their identity provider (IdP).
Based on SCIM v2.0, Scalefusion automatically maps supported custom properties to corresponding user attributes. Administrators can also manually map additional custom properties defined in their IdP as needed.
Device Management from User Portal
The OneIdP User Portal now enables end users to manage their assigned devices, giving them greater visibility and control. Features include device enrollment, viewing assigned devices and recovery keys, performing actions like restart/lock/mark as lost, resetting passwords on corporate-owned mobile devices, and removing BYOD devices. All actions are audited, and IT admins control which features are available to users.
Live Sync for Splunk and QRadar Integration
All event categories are now synced to ITSM/SIEM tools like Splunk and QRadar in near real-time. This enables IT administrators to continuously monitor incoming data and configure alerts or actions immediately for faster incident response.
Identifier-Based DI Report
The DI Report now supports identifier-based downloads, allowing IT admins to generate reports for specific devices by uploading a CSV with Serial Number, IMEI, or Device Name. This makes it easier to get custom reports for selected devices without downloading and filtering data for all devices or groups.
