  1. Apple tvOS Support

    Scalefusion now supports management of Apple tvOS devices, enabling organizations to enroll and manage Apple TV devices from the Dashboard.

    1. Enrollment

      • Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)

      • Apple Configurator 2 (AC2) Enrollment

    2. Device Management

      • View inventory details

      • Remote actions including Reboot and Factory Reset

    3. tvOS Device Profiles: Support for standard and tvOS-specific configurations, including:

      • Application Allow List & Block List

      • Single App Mode (SAM)

      • Wi-Fi configuration

      • Conference Display Mode

      • Remove Configuration

      • AirPlay Security

      • Media Rating settings

    4. Application Management

      • VPP-based app distribution

    5. Custom Configurations

      • Support for custom payloads tailored to tvOS

    6. Reporting Enhancements: The following reports now include Apple tvOS device information:

      • Device Inventory

      • Device Availability

      • App Version

      • Policy & Actions

      • Account Activity

  2. Programmable Custom Properties

    Admins can now dynamically update device and user custom properties using scripts on macOS, Windows, and Linux devices. Scripts executed on devices can write values back to custom properties configured on the Dashboard.

    1. Enhancements

      • Publish flows now indicate which custom properties will be updated.

      • Conflict detection is available if a custom property is reused.

      • View Status report displays updated custom properties after script execution.

      • Historical changes for both device and user custom properties are available.

  3. Scalefusion Commands for Android

    Pre-defined remote commands specific to the Scalefusion app are now available across all plans under a new category: Scalefusion Commands. This enables IT admins to quickly apply supported customizations and operational commands directly from the Dashboard.

  4. Linux Inactivity Lock & SWG Port Configuration

    1. Inactivity Lock in Linux

      Admins can now configure inactivity lock time for Linux devices directly from the Device Profile.

    2. Secure Web Gateway (SWG) Port Configuration

      To prevent port conflicts with other applications, admins can now configure SWG to run on a custom port using a script-based approach.

  5. ChromeOS Branding & Wallpaper

    Branding has been extended to support ChromeOS devices. Admins can now upload custom wallpapers for:

    • Device sign-in screen

    • User sessions

    • Guest sessions
