Release Notes:
Scalefusion MDM
Deploy eSIMs to multiple Corporate-Owned (COD) and BYOD Android devices simultaneously from General Configuration → Android Utilities. Key features:
Map eSIM activation codes to managed devices using Device Name, Serial Number, IMEI, EID, or ICCID (identifier availability varies by enrollment type).
View eSIM activation status from the Full Device Information page, Device Info APIs, and the Device Inventory (DI) Report.
Support for BYOD devices with user consent to share the device EID.
When multiple eSIMs are assigned to a device, the first eSIM is activated automatically, while users are prompted to activate any additional eSIMs.
Users on Shared COD devices can now sign in using a PIN, enabling faster authentication and supporting offline access.
Configure a PIN during the first online login.
Use the PIN for subsequent online and offline logins.
Update the PIN at any time after signing in.
If a PIN is forgotten, users can sign in online to create a new one.
Auto-Grant Runtime Permissions for QR-Based BYOD Enrollment
Runtime permissions can now be automatically granted during QR code-based BYOD enrollment, reducing setup time and simplifying device onboarding. This enhancement extends the existing capability previously available for email-based BYOD enrollments.
More Reliable Factory Reset Execution
Factory Reset commands are now delivered more reliably. Devices that reconnect after an extended offline period will still receive and execute any pending Factory Reset command.
Enhancements
Added a remote command to re-enable system apps disabled during COD enrollment.
Added support for enrolling COD and COPE devices behind proxied network environments through a new QR enrollment configuration.
Removed the option to remove a device subscription from the Scalefusion Settings screen.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where not all available Wi-Fi networks were displayed on the Scalefusion Wi-Fi screen.
Fixed an issue preventing location updates on devices configured with a private APN.
Fixed an issue where configured Wi-Fi networks did not reconnect automatically.
FileDock
Presentations can now be configured for manual navigation between images and videos by setting the default interval to 0.
Inline PDF Viewing
PDF documents can now be viewed directly within FileDock without requiring a separate PDF viewer.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where presentations did not start as a screensaver on certain TCL devices.
OneIdP Keycard
Grid-Based Multi-Factor Authentication
OneIdP Keycard now supports Grid-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), enabling users to authenticate using a Grid pattern and PIN for both online and offline sign-ins.
Flexible Authentication Policies
Administrators can configure Grid-based authentication exclusively for desktop and server devices, while allowing users to continue using other authentication methods on work laptops.
Enhanced Account Security
New account protection settings enable administrators to:
Lock local or identity provider (IdP) accounts after a configurable number of failed login attempts.
Automatically unlock accounts after a configurable lockout period.
Login Attempts Report Enhancements
The Login Attempts report now includes the MFA method used for each successful authentication, providing greater visibility into user sign-in activity.
Windows Application Management
Reset Application Retry Counter
A new remote command allows administrators to reset the download and installation retry counter for Enterprise Store and Scalefusion applications, making it easier to retry failed deployments.
