Version Information:
- Scalefusion Dashboard: v60.12.1
Release Notes:
- Password Self-Service for OneIdP Users - To make password management easier and more secure, we have introduced a new Password Self-Service feature for OneIdP users. New Password Reset Options Available now: - Recovery Email: Users can reset their password by setting up a recovery email in the OneIdP user portal at app.oneidp.com.
- Authenticator App OTP: Users can reset their password using a One-Time Password (OTP) from the Scalefusion Authenticator app or a supported third-party authenticator app.
 - Important Notes: - Password reset functionality is available only for OneIdP users who meet the following criteria: - Users whose identity is not federated to external sources such as SAML, OAuth, or On-Prem AD, meaning: - Users who belong to OneIdP and authenticate directly via OneIdP, or
- Users who belong to OneIdP but have identity federated to Google LDAP.

- SMS-Based OTP Login for OneIdP - OneIdP now supports user login via OTP sent to registered mobile numbers, eliminating the need for Scalefusion-managed devices or third-party authenticator apps. This enhancement gives IT Admins greater flexibility and lowers the dependency on external apps for authentication. - Note: For a smoother rollout, ensure phone numbers are added for all users and monitor Twilio usage to avoid exceeding plan limits.
- Deprecation of Conditional Email Access (CEA) - We are deprecating the Conditional Email Access (CEA) feature. With the introduction of OneIdP, which provides a more robust and comprehensive solution for conditional email access, CEA is now considered legacy and will be phased out. Key Updates: - The CEA option has been relocated to the Utilities section for easier access during the transition.
- Existing CEA configurations will continue to function as before, ensuring no disruption to current users.
- Users who access the CEA logs screen will be presented with a deprecation notice, informing them about the upcoming phase-out.
