Release Notes:

1. Associated Users

   Introducing Associated Users, a new capability that allows a user to be part of multiple user groups while maintaining a single Primary group. Key features:

   • Users can now be associated with multiple user groups.

   • Every user has one Primary user group and can be an Associated User in additional groups.

   • Administrators can manually add associated users from the Associated Users tab within a user group.

   • Administrators can change a user's primary group using the Swap option. This makes another group the user's Primary group while retaining membership in the remaining groups as Associated groups.

   • For user groups imported through an Identity Provider (IdP):

     • Users are automatically assigned as Primary members of one imported group.

     • The same users are automatically added as Associated Users in all other imported groups they belong to.

   1. Policy Assignment: Device profile and application assignments continue to be determined by the user's Primary user group.

   2. SSO Configuration: When a user group is assigned to or exempted from an SSO application, the configuration applies to all users in that group, including Associated Users.

   3. SCIM Support: When a user is synchronized through a SCIM connector, Scalefusion includes all of the user's group memberships both Primary and Associated when provisioning the user to the target SCIM application.

2. Conditional SAML Attributes

   SAML attribute configuration now supports conditional rules based on user group membership, providing greater flexibility when integrating with SSO-enabled applications.

3. macOS MDM Agent

   This maintenance release includes the following improvement:

   • Fixed performance and intermittent connectivity issues when Secure Web Gateway is enabled.
