Release Notes:

  1. Unified Access with the OneIdP User Portal

We have introduced a dedicated User Portal for OneIdP, providing end-users with a centralized hub to access all their web applications secured with OneIdP Single Sign-On (SSO). This simplifies the user experience by enabling single sign-on to multiple work applications through a single, unified portal. Key features include:

    1. Branding Customization: Personalize the user portal with a custom wallpaper, organization logo, login hint, and optional display of a support email and privacy policy URL.

    2. Application Ordering: Define the order in which applications are presented to users after they log in to the portal.

    3. User Portal Access Rules: Implement granular access controls for the user portal, allowing access based on:

      1. Managed device status.

      2. One-Time Password (OTP) generated from a managed device or authenticator app.

    4. Adaptive Authentication for SSO Applications: Streamline access to SSO-enabled applications based on the user portal's access rules. If the user portal has equal or stricter access requirements than the individual SSO application configuration, users will bypass redundant compliance checks.

    5. Session Management: Configure automatic user logout after a defined period of inactivity.

  2. Group-Based Publishing for Play for Work Apps

We have introduced a new setting within Utilities > Global Settings > Enable Play for Work apps to be published to Groups with a profile which allows administrators to directly publish PfW apps to specific device groups that already have a profile assigned to them. This enhancement simplifies app deployment by enabling targeted distribution of PfW applications to relevant groups.

  3. Additional Network Information for Windows Devices

The device details screen will now display the Ethernet MAC Address, Bluetooth MAC Address, and the Device MAC Address for managed Windows devices, based on the information synchronized by the Scalefusion agent.
