Release Notes:

  1. Windows Remote Support Enhancements
    1. Admins can now take control of a device post reboot without requiring to login even once.
    2. An all new mechanism to deliver push messages to the client to enhance the consistency of sessions starting remotely, has been introduced.
    3. For cases where a push message is not delivered to automatically start a session, we have now added a Check Now button, that can be used to check and initiate the session.
  2. User Account Enhancements for macOS and Windows
    1. Sign In Apple ID of Users: Scalefusion fetches the Apple ID of the user accounts on device. The Full Device Information displays the Apple ID of the user who enrolled the device, where as the info icon on the User Accounts display the details of individual accounts.
    2. User Account Reports: Now fetch user account reports that allow you to download the information of users across your device inventory.
    3. User Account Summary in Device Inventory Reports: Get insights into total users and user types in the device inventory reports
  3. Bluetooth Enhancements for iOS
    1. Admins can now configure the Bluetooth state on iOS devices using the new settings in Profile. On every policy refresh, the required state of Bluetooth is applied on device.
