Version Information:

Windows Remote Support Enhancements
1. File Directory: IT Admins can now view the file system of a Windows system using Remote Support app. They can start a standalone File Transfer session or access the File directory to transfer files during a Remote control session.
2. Clipboard
  1. IT Admins can copy data from the machine where they are taking remote to the managed device.
  2. They can also copy data from the managed device to the machine from which they are taking control
3. Support for more controls/gestures: Mouse and Keyboard scrolling as well as drag/drop of files on managed devices during a remote session is supported.
Group Hierarchy Report
IT Admins can download the group hierarchy report for Device and User groups, which lists all created groups along with their parent group names.
Conditional Exchange Access Enhancements
1. When a CEA configuration is deleted, IT Admins can unblock all target users and their devices from email access. If selected, Scalefusion will make its best effort to unblock all devices and users.
2. When the CEA policy target shifts from All users to Imported users, Scalefusion strives to unblock all previously blocked devices and users who haven't been imported from accessing email.
3. Deleting a user from the Scalefusion Dashboard unblocks their devices from accessing email.
