Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How do I enable Remote Control on non-Samsung devices?

A: For standard Android devices running OS 7.0 and above, enable the Accessibility Service for the Remote Cast app on the device. For partner OEM hardware, install the OEM-signed Wingman app.

Q: Will session annotations be visible to the end-user on the mobile device?

A: No. Annotation drawing tools are strictly Admin-to-Admin features designed for co-admins collaborating during a session and do not appear on the end-user's device screen.

Q: What happens if a session gets disconnected due to poor Wi-Fi?

A: Remote Cast will automatically try to restore the connection. If the device reconnects to the network within 60 seconds, the active session will resume seamlessly.
