Release Notes:

1. Added the below settings in EVA to enhance contact lists functionality on Dashboard
   1. Sync contacts with Phone book: Now Admin can decide to sync published contacts with the device's phone book.
   2. Show option to Remove Eva as phone app: Now Admin can decide whether to show the menu option ‘Remove Eva as phone app’ to the end-user or not.
2. Download All Contacts: Now admin can download contacts in CSV format from EVA contacts.
