  1. Shared iPad Management

We have introduced comprehensive support for Shared iPad management, including user-based profiles. Key Features:

    1. Shared iPad Enablement:

      1. Administrators can activate Shared iPad support via a new setting in ADE/DEP settings > Basic Configuration.

      2. OS-specific sharing settings can be configured within ADE/DEP settings, with the option to override these at the profile level.

    2. Scalefusion Sharing Settings:

      1. Configure who can and cannot log in to Shared iPads through User Group settings.

      2. Enable device sharing between users within a group and configure automatic log-off settings.

    3. Enhanced Visibility and Reporting:

      1. The Device Details page now displays all user accounts utilized on a Shared iPad.

      2. Administrators can generate reports detailing device usage based on user login and logoff activity.

    4. OneIdP SSO Integration:

      1. Shared iPad logins now support OneIdP-based authentication, provided that the Managed Apple ID is integrated with Entra, Google Workspace, or any SAML-based provider, and OneIdP is configured as the SSO provider.

      2. OneIdP user-based access to SSO applications is fully supported, allowing logged-in users to seamlessly access their services via Single Sign-On.

  2. Expanded Maker/Checker Functionality

We have extended the Maker/Checker (M/C) approval workflow to critical administrative actions, enhancing security and oversight.

    1. Admin Management Auditing: Changes to administrator accounts, including additions, edits, and deletions, are now subject to the Maker/Checker approval process. This ensures that modifications to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and administrator privileges are thoroughly reviewed and authorized.

    2. Broadcast Message Governance: The sending, resending, and deletion of broadcast messages are now integrated with the Maker/Checker workflow. This provides organizations with increased control over communication, preventing the dissemination of unauthorized or inaccurate messages. Also, General broadcast message settings are now under Maker/Checker Control.

  3. Generic Enhancements

    1. Prosurf for iOS now supports multiple new languages vis-a-vis, German, Portuguese (Portugal & Brazil), Japanese, French and Spanish.
