Enrolling ChromeOS Devices in Scalefusion

This document provides a step-by-step procedure on how to enroll Chrome OS devices in Scalefusion.

Pre-Requisites

  1. Device Profile for ChromeOS should be created on Scalefusion Dashboard.

  2. Organizational Units should be imported to Scalefusion Dashboard.

  3. Device Profiles should be applied to the Organizational Units.

  4. Minimum Requirements should be met.

Steps on Device

  1. Power On a new Chromebook or a factory reset device and click on Get Started


  2. Connect to a Wi-Fi on the device.

  3. Choose your Chromebook Setup. Here, select For Work

  4. On the next screen, select Enroll Device

  5. Next, Sign In by entering your/user Google workspace email.

  6. Enter password for your account and select one of the two options:

    1. Enroll kiosk or signage device

    2. Enroll Enterprise device


  7. You will get the following confirmation screen. Click on Done

  8. Enter the your/user’s Google workspace email and password


  9. You will get the Terms & Conditions. Click on Accept and Continue

  10. The device is now Managed.
