New UI screen for Remote Support Application: IT Admins will get to see a new shortcut icon on the installation of Remote Support App on managed Windows devices which when launched will help them to:
- Check the current status of the Remote session
- Sync settings manually
- View and upload logs in case end users face any issues in the remote session
