New UI screen for Remote Support Application: IT Admins will get to see a new shortcut icon on the installation of Remote Support App on managed Windows devices which when launched will help them to:

1. Check the current status of the Remote session
2. Sync settings manually
3. View and upload logs in case end users face any issues in the remote session
