# Scalefusion August 25th, 2026 Release Notes

## Release Notes:

1. [**Custom Declarations for macOS**](/docs/custom-declaration-ddm)

Scalefusion continues to expand its support for Apple’s Declarative Device Management (DDM). With this release, IT Administrators can use Custom Declarations, similar to Custom Payloads, to send custom declarations to managed macOS devices.
2. **Veltar VPN Server**
  1. **Enhanced Certificate Handling:** The certificate handling flow now supports certificate chains instead of relying only on the root certificate.
3. **General Fixes and Enhancements**
  1. **OneIdP**
    1. **ACR/AMR Support for SAML:** OneIdP now supports ACR/AMR values in SAML assertions, enabling service providers to determine the authentication strength used during login and enforce their authentication requirements accordingly.
    2. **Enhanced Keycard Pattern Security:** Keycard configurations using Grid Patterns now enforce complexity rules by default. Users must select characters from at least 3 different rows and 3 different columns.
  2. **Apple**
    1. **Updated Apple Terminology:** Console nomenclature has been updated to align with Apple’s modern terminology, including Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) and Account Driven User Enrollment.
  3. **Bug Fixes**
    1. Fixed an issue where a valid **VPP Token** was incorrectly marked as expired.
    2. Fixed an issue where **Group-Based App Configurations** were not published to Android devices during enrollment.
