# Introduction to Conditional Email Access

Conditional Email Access has been deprecatedIn lieu of a more modern approach to manage identity and access offered by Scalefusion's OneIdP. We recommend using OneIdP for a complete Identity and Access management solution and achieve Zero-Trust access. Please refer to the announcement [here](https://help.scalefusion.com/v1/docs/deprecating-conditional-email-access-feature).

Conditional Email Access, or **CEA**, allows IT Admins to enforce that the corporate email is accessed only from devices that are managed by Scalefusion. By ensuring that the devices are managed by Scalefusion, IT Admins can apply device or work profile level security & policy controls offered by Scalefusion.

Scalefusion allows IT Admins to easily configure CEA settings. For IT Admins, Scalefusion provides multiple options to drive the migration of existing devices/users as well as enrollment of new devices and provides a comprehensive control panel that allows monitoring of the allowed/blocked devices. For the employees or end users, Scalefusion ensures that the migration from an unmanaged device to a managed device is as easy and seamless as possible.

Scalefusion supports conditional email access for the following providers, please click on the one you would like to configure to navigate to the specific guide.

- **Microsoft Office 365/Exchange Online**: If you are using Microsoft Exchange online email services, then follow [**our** **guide**](/docs/configure-cea-for-ms-office-365-or-exchange-online) to configure conditional email access.
- **IceWarp**: If you are using IceWarp email services, then follow [**our guide**](/docs/configure-cea-for-icewarp-email-service) to configure conditional email access.
- **Exchange On-Premise**: Configure CEA for Active Directory users imported with On-Premise Connector (OPC)
- **Zimbra**: If you are using Zimbra email services, then follow [**our guide**](/docs/configure-cea-for-zimbra-email-service) to configure conditional email access.

Before you start configuring CEA, we would strongly recommend going through our [**CEA Pre-Deployment**](/docs/conditional-email-access-pre-deployment-guide) Guide to understand and get an overview of how CEA works and the potential impacts that you, as an IT Admin, should be aware of.
